SALMON OSCAR:  Fresh salmon filet lightly seared and oven-roasted, served over fresh asparagus and topped with a hearty lobster bisque.  Served with roasted fresh vegetables and rice pilaf.
 
VEAL FONTINA:  Fresh veal cutlets breaded and sauteed with garlic and olive oil then deglazed with white wine and topped with sauteed tomato slices and melted fontina cheese.  Served with roasted fresh vegetables and rice pilaf.
 
SIRLOIN BALSAMICA:  Twelve ounce of center cut sterling silver New York sirloin, lightly seasoned and grilled to your liking then smothered with caramelized onions and mushtrooms and drizzled with a balsamic glace.  Served with roasted fresh vegetables and rice pilaf.
